1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MateAI platform operated by Coinlend SAS ("Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Account Registration

To use MateAI, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

3. Credits and Payments

MateAI operates on a credit-based system:

• Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when AI Mates perform operations.
• Credit costs vary by operation type and AI model used.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with reasonable advance notice.
• Unused credits do not expire while your account remains active.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MateAI to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Generate harmful, abusive, or deceptive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform
• Resell or redistribute AI Mate outputs as a competing service
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures

5. Intellectual Property

The MateAI platform is the intellectual property of Coinlend SAS. You retain ownership of your data. Outputs generated by AI Mates are licensed to you for your use.

6. Limitation of Liability

MateAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. AI-generated outputs should be reviewed before use in critical decisions.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes shall be resolved in Colombian courts.
